This is an intense Adult self defense workshop with adult themes, language and content!
This is NOT a traditional martial arts class! This is concepts that are taught to law enforcement, soldiers and security professionals. You will be put in scenarios that could be triggering to some. You do not need to have any prior training to attend this course.
The world seems to be getting more and more violent so it's time to learn how to deal with this.
Workshop is for maximum of 10 people aged 15 and older (unless accompanied by a parent or guardian)
Cost is $60/individual $55/each for group of 2 or more and $50/Interior Health employees
